In the modern stage of reformation of all spheres of public life in Ukraine, especially reforms of local self-government and administrative-territorial device, the role of politics of support of local communities and instruments of its introduction grows sharply, in particular regional programs of development, that can provide the synergy of the state resources, communities, private organizations, business and international technical help for successful realization of reforms.
One of effective instruments of regional development that well showed itself in previous years is Program of realization of regional competition of local development micro projects in 2011-2015, its term of action is completed in 2015.
This research is offered during the preparation of The Program of realization of regional competition of local development micro projects in 2016-2020.
