A resource for realization of projects of communities development is:
- State subsidy of support the incorporated communities – 1 milliard of hrn.
- State regional growth fund, 3 milliard of hrn. (An AREA = is 222,5 MILLION. HRN.)
- The state budget is Socio-economic development of regions from credit establishments or international donor organizations – 2,9 milliard of hrn.
There is enough money, but projects are not enough. Last year 18% of the State regional growth fund money were not used and went back into the state Budget due to lack of quality projects. It is over 520 million hrn that can be pointed at the improvement of living conditions.
