The offered collection of ” Strengthening of steady regional development by the collaboration of government and local communities of the Lviv area ” acquaints readers with the results of implementation of “Program of realization of regional competition of local development micro projects 2011-2015″ and puts an aim to itself to show successful experience of realization of separate micro projects of communities and the program overall.
The mechanisms of realization and financing of “Program of realization of regional competition of local development micro projects” and mechanisms of co-operation with other regional programs: by “Program of energy-savings for the budgetary sphere of Lviv Region on 2010-2015” and “Program of development of formation of Lviv Region in 2013-2016” were analyzed in materials of edition.
Experience of realization of the program in 2011-2012 also allowed to ration row of procedures for the improvement of process of planning and realization of micro projects and to turn out recommendations in relation to the improvement of the programs’ work in 2013. These materials are presented in collection.
This edition is based on the results of implementation of the Ukrainian-Polish project “Strengthening of steady regional development by the collaboration of government and local communities of the Lviv area” and contains materials of the Polish and Ukrainian experts in relation to European experience of development of regions, principles of transparent management, adjusting of partnership of key subjects of development of territories.
