At the present stage of reforms in all spheres of public life in Ukraine, especially in the reform of local government and of administrative-territorial system, the role of support of local communities policies and instruments for its implementation has dramatically increased. In particular the role of regional development programs that can provide synergy of resources of the state, communities, NGOs , business, and technical assistance programmes for successful reform.
One of the most effective tools of regional development, which has worked well in recent years, has become the “Programme of local development micro-projects competition for 2011-2015”.
We have conducted the following research for the “Programme of local development micro-projects competition for 2016-2020”.
